Jeanine is a sound healer, space holder, and facilitator of deeply transformative experiences, devoted to helping others reconnect with themselves in a grounded and meaningful way. As an internationally accredited Sound Therapist, she uses sound as a powerful tool to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and restore a sense of balance within the body and mind.


Her work is rooted in creating spaces where people can truly soften, often for the first time in a long time. Through sound baths, retreats, and immersive healing experiences, Jeanine supports others in letting go of what they’ve been holding, moving through emotional blocks, and returning to a more clear, connected, and aligned state.


Known for her calm and intentional presence, she creates an environment where people feel safe enough to open, process, and shift. This is not just about relaxation, it is about real reset, real reconnection, and lasting inner change.

Energy Healing Terms

Energy balance is the relationship of the mind/body connection. It is how the mind relates to the body and how well we understand this information. We recognize that the mind sends out neurological messages to the body, but it is important to learn to interpret, and pay attention to the messages the body sends back to the mind. This results in a relationship that helps create balance within your energy. For example, if you were to experience discomfort in a particular area of the body, such as a backache every time you go to work, but the discomfort disappears when you leave the work environment, the body is trying to get your attention to alert you of a situation that your mind needs to recognize. This situation would be in your work environment. Therefore, you would need to look at the overall situation, re-evaluate and make change in your life. This is an example of the body sending back a physical message to the mind. The body functions much better when balance is present. 


This is a reflection in the energy body of what is malfunctioning in the physical body. It is an interpretation of the mind/body connection and how our thoughts affect our body. In my personal experience, I have found that we all possess some level of congested energy in the body. I evaluate this level on degrees of severity ranging from mild, moderate, severe, and very severe. These levels indicate how well we are processing the information we have into our everyday activities. It is an indication of how much of your energy is centered in present time and how much is being focused on other things out in your external world. If our focus of energy is on everyone else instead of ourselves, the body rebels and responds, interrupting the natural flow of energy. This is then termed as congested energy in the body. The level of congestion that we have in our body indicates our ability to consciously move ahead on our life path.


These are areas of congestion in the energy body caused by holding on to emotions rather than working through them and allowing clearing and understanding of events in your experiences to take place. This may be on a conscious level that one is aware of, or held on a deep subconscious level that we do not have awareness of how it is affecting our body. Blocked emotions can arise from traumas experienced during this lifetime or a previous one. Often, just bringing these issues to a conscious level of the individual is a great help in the healing process.


Ideally, the body is designed to have positive energy flow through it. The body allows this process through avenues such as positive thinking and affirmations. Other areas of intake portals that the body has designed to allow energy to circulate throughout our physical system. These areas should all be opened and fully functioning. Evaluation will indicate which are opened or closed and the effects this has on your body and well-being. Suggestions will be offered of how to improve your energy function based on the information obtained from the Energy Intake Assessment.


Energy healing sessions are not intended to replace advice of your medical professional and should never replace your primary health care giver (doctor) but be chosen as an alternative to access meaningful information in the body that can lead to wellness and healing. They are intuitive evaluations based on the concepts of interpretation of energy in the human body and must be handled in such a manner.
